Lovely little guest house
Received a lovely warm welcome. Our hostess Lorraine was so helpful and friendly. Our room on the ground floor was perfect for us , clean , warm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with Lorraine making sure we never went hungry.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
Lorraine and Andrew are a lovely couple and can’t do enough to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible, even down to providing a hot water bottle and a lovely packed lunch for my journey home.

Brilliant b&b
The property was brilliant both Andrew and Lorraine made me feel so welcome the breakfast was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend them for anybody wanting to go to South Shields for a stay. I will certainly be using them again for my next stay as it is a brilliant b&b, bedroom and more importantly to me Andrew and Lorraine made the stay better.

Excellent BnB
The owner could not do enough for me, brilliant place to stay for a few days, breakfast was fantastic, and location. She even gave me a packed lunch for the journey home.

Very friendly and welcoming
Very clean and welcoming. Close to the beach. Lorraine was a fantastic host. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely use this guest house for any return visits.
