Lorraine goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. She is lovely and a friendly welcome face. The room, bathroom and dining room are immaculately clean, not a spec of dust. This along with the perfect location made our stay. 10/10.

5 Star treatment at oh so great prices!
Stayed here for 2 nightss a couple of weeks ago. Beautifully kept, friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spotless and breakfasts will not leave you hungry. Lorraine and Andrew will look after you. 5 star treatment at oh so great prices, you cannot compare even 3 or 4 stars as value for money as this beats them all !! Try it and see. I will be back, again and again

Breakfast was First Class and plentiful!
Thank you to the both of use for the lovely warm and welcoming reception we received off you. You are really lovely and caring people.
The room was perfect and situated really good for my husband (ground floor).
Breakfast was first class and plentiful, nothing seemed a bother to you. Our stay with you both really made our holiday.
NO COMPLAINTS WHAT SO EVER.
We hope to stay again some time soon.

The bed was huge and comfy and the room was spotless.
We have just returned home from a 3 night stay. Lorraine who runs the guest house with her husband is lovely. The room we had was a double en suit, the bed was huge and comfy and the room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Lorraine and her husband were perfect hosts who couldn’t do enough for you. It was excellent value for money and we are hoping to return as soon as possible. We would highly recommend this guest house. In fact we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Everything good, can’t fault it at all. Comfy, cosy, warm.
