Friendly, quiet and cosy.
Thank you so much to Lorraine for going above and beyond for me…arriving late and needing an early breakfast, she could not have been more accommodating! I had a comfortable stay with an incredible breakfast. Quiet, cosy and comfortable stay would definitely come back.

A wonderful, friendly Guest House not far from the sea.
From the very beginning, the welcome and friendliness of the staff was amazing. I arrived late at night and received a warm welcome. I stayed for 3 nights and each morning was greeted with a wonderful and delicious fully cooked breakfast which was included in the price. The location is perfect, just being a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and 8 minutes walk to the Metro Station in the town centre. There are plenty of places to eat out on the same street too. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone.

Great location, very good breakfast, lovely clean rooms, comfortable massive bed, the hosts were great couldn’t do enough for us and extremely friendly and made some great recommendations for around the area, we will definitely be back 😊

Warm welcome by the owner Lorraine set the tone for our relaxing stay 🙂
It was a lovely stay. Perfect location, very comfortable room and bed, the shower is hot and powerful. I stayed in a single room and my mum had a double room, both were excellent. We were greeted warmly by Lorraine, the owner. The lovely full English breakfast is served fresh and made to order with an excellent pot of coffee and tea. It felt very relaxing and comfortable and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vegetarian breakfast, especially the sausages!
From the moment of entering the building, we were met by Lorraine’s infectious smile. Lorraine upgraded our room after noticing my height, with no extra charge. Andrew, laidback with a matching infectious smile. I could tell straightaway that Andrew was the head but Lorraine is the neck of this quaint Guesthouse. Free parking, excellent wifi, 10 minute walk to the beach and the City centre. Beautiful vegetarian breakfast, especially the sausages! They didn’t taste like window putty or the sausage brand all non vegetarians insist on feeding us with (one of the living Beatles surname). Efkaristo Lorraine and Andrew. I would highly recommend.

I loved my staying!
I loved my staying! Very friendly owners, caring and helpful. Full English breakfast provides enough energy to last till evening. Exceptionally clean and cosy house, comfortable bed, snowwhite soft towels. Very pleased with my short break and happy to choose this particular place. Good location near sea shore.Highly recommended! Definitely would come again!
