Excellence in South Shields
Location good, the whole place was spotless, breakfast was great, our room was perfect, and our host was excellent, and of course the price was good.

Perfect location, perfect price and fantastic hospitality.
The owners were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after. I am a bit of a fussy eater and they were very accommodating in providing a breakfast to my requirements, with a pleasant bonus of an extra sausage and egg on my plate too (very tasty it was too).
The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy so I had a pleasant nights rest after being on my feet all day. I have stayed in other hotels near by in the past but this one has surpassed them all. The location was perfect and the price paid for the room was fantastic compared with others. I couldn’t recommend it higher and will definitely be booking again next year.

Een 10! Locatie zowat aan het strand en bij een leuk park waar je kan waterfietsen. (Ga naar: Toney Minchella@the park) Aan het strand is een mooie boulevard met restaurants, café’s en een grote kermis. Tegenover het guest house zijn ook meer dan genoeg restaurants en winkels. Alles is op loopafstand. Je kunt ook in 20 min. naar Newcastle. Je kunt ook naar Hadrian’s Wall in een uurtje. De (bad)kamer was brandschoon, alles is eigenlijk brandschoon en het ruikt allemaal fris. In deze kamer hadden we een ruime badkamer met bad en wc. Ontbijt is lekker, vers bereid en ruime keus.

Lorraine was a very lovely lady, so welcoming. The room was very clean. Breakfast very good, nothing was a problem to them.
