Lorraine was a wonderful host who greeted us by name, giving us a warm and friendly start to our visit. She was always checking on our comfort and even rang us while we were out to remind us that we had items in the mini fridge in our room but it was not switched on. The guest house was spotlessly clean, our room was 1st class and the breakfasts (cooked to our likes) was fantastic. We even got our car parked just outside for the whole time and free of charge! A great location for all the attractions offered by South Shields. All together it was a great mini holiday for us. I would recommend South Shore Guest House without a moment’s hesitation.
