Bookings for the Great North Run weekend are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Due to demand, priority will be given to Guests wishing to book for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday*.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact South Shore no later than 14 days before the Sunday of the run, at the number above. After this date, no refunds can be given.

* All special offers and weekend special deals do not apply to the weekend of the Great North Run. Although priority will be given to guests booking for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, there is no obligation to be present for the totality of these days.

** South Shore operates privacy policies in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, The EU ePrivacy Directive 2012 and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 onwards. Submission of your debit/credit card details or cash payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and is a legal contract between you (the Guest) and South Shore Guest House.
